BR unit and $10/day/2BR unit. Upon arrival you can order extra towels or maid
service as needed at an extra charge. All units have private baths, telephones, refrigerators,
TV and are heated and air-conditioned. No Smoking. No pets.
Rates are per unit, per night. Check in 2 pm, and Check out is at 11
am.
DEPOSIT
(including 9.7% tax): ONE NIGHT
CREDIT CARDS:
American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
POLICIES:
Advance reservations require a deposit equal to a one night
stay. By giving us your credit card for the deposit you are also
authorizing us to charge the balance to this same credit card
when you occupy the room. If you cancel the entire reservation
prior to 3 days before the arrival date your deposit will be
credited minus 10%. If you cancel any part of your reservation
within the 3 days prior to and including the arrival date the
entire reservation is cancelled and your deposit is non
refundable. Changes in date or length of stay will not be
penalized if made prior to 3 days before arrival date.

We are an
“Express” lodging facility. Do not be surprised if
no one is in the office to greet you. Arrangements have
been made to allow immediate access to your room. Please Do Not
occupy the room before talking with us if you need to
shorten your stay or cancel. Once you occupy the room
any refunds will have to be negotiated. Our outside
telephone provides you with free and immediate access
to us. |
Our rooms are
NO-Smoking and NO Pets. If we find that you have smoked or
brought pets into the room you will be charged $100.00. If we
find pets left unattended we will notify legal authority and the
pets will be removed.
