All units have private baths, telephones, refrigerators,
TV and are heated and air-conditioned. No Smoking. No pets. Wi fi available.
Rates are per unit, per night. Check in 2 pm, and Check out 11
am. Be GREEN FRIENDLY. Order NO MAID SERVICE and save $5/day/unit. Upon arrival you can order extra towels or maid
service as needed at an extra charge. Cot $15/night
CREDIT CARDS:
American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
DEPOSITS:
Reservations require a deposit, one night paid in full, two
nights for all others. By providing your credit card for
the deposit you authorize us to charge the balance to this same
credit card on the morning of your arrival.
IF YOU CHANGE THE DATES:
If you change the dates or cancel any
part of your reservation within 10 days of arrival, the entire
reservation is cancelled and your deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel the entire reservation prior to the 10 days your
deposit will be credited minus 5% however, changing dates or
length of stay is not penalized.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES:
If after arrival you change dates or
reduce the length of your reservation you will be charged for
each night you stayed, in addition to the deposit.
Our rooms are
NO-Smoking and NO Pets. There is a $100 extra cleaning
charge if you smoke or bring pets into the room. |
