Cancellation Policies
Reservations require a one-night deposit. By providing your credit card for the deposit, you authorize us to charge the balance to this same credit card on the morning of your arrival.
Off-Season Cancellations
OFF Season (after Columbus Day and prior to Memorial Day), there is no penalty for cancellation (deposit will be credited) unless stated in your Confirmation at time of booking. There is also no minimum stay required unless stated in your Confirmation.
In-Season Cancellations
IN Season (Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend), there may be minimum stays required, and these will be stated in your Confirmation. We will keep the deposit for all cancellations made within 10 days of arrival.
No Pets/No Smoking Policy
Our rooms are No Smoking and No Pets. There is a $100 extra cleaning charge if you smoke or bring pets into the room.
